Meghan branded ‘hypocrite’ over latest Archie & Lilibet move
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle left the Royal Family in 2020 seeking a more private life. Despite that, they’ve remained very public—through interviews, documentaries, and Harry’s memoir. For years, they avoided showing their children, Archie and Lilibet, in public. But recently, that has changed.
On Father’s Day, Meghan posted a video of Harry with their kids on Instagram, sparking criticism. Royal expert Ingrid Seward called the move “hypocritical,” saying the couple once demanded privacy but are now sharing personal family moments online.
Through their Archewell Foundation, Harry and Meghan have also spoken out about online safety and protecting children. Critics argue that posting pictures of their own children contradicts that message. Seward believes Harry may be uncomfortable with this publicity, though she assumes he approved it.
The couple’s actions have raised questions about whether they are mixing privacy with publicity—and how genuine their intentions are.
